Is a product made in Australia. It is currently being tested in zimbabwe. The machine is able to work on terrains with a slope of 30 degrees. It can harvest ,prune and be adapted to fertiliize.
Harvesting rate is over one ha.per hour with 2 operators. The machine has independent steering for each wheel so that it can make very tight turns.
In Sri Lanka this machine can be used in undulating land area of tea estates where low labour out turn and high costs are a problem.
Williames are developing a harvesting robot which can be used on any terrain. This is in a development stage at present and should be in the market early next year.
